This is prescribed in the clinic for those with candida and dysbiosis. Caprylic acid derived from coconuts, anti-fungal and antibacterial. Naturally present in breast milk. Grapefruit seed extract which is anti-fungal and antimicrobial and works well with caprylic acid.
