Add 2 level tablespoons of dried herb to 1 litre of filtered water. Soak overnight, in the morning simmer for 15 minutes, strain and discard herbs. The tea should be drunk throughout the day, and can be stored in a thermos flask or reheated. Alternatively, add 2 teaspoons of dried herb into a cup of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Store in a cool place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Suitable for vegetarians.
