
Many people have been contacting the clinic over the past few weeks with the start of hay fever season.
Between 15 percent and 20 percent of people in the UK have hay fever and a short treatment of acupuncture has brought relief for many at the clinic.

Adding the following foods to your daily diet may also lessen your symptoms:
- Nettle
In the form of tea and soup it can help with itchy eyes and sneezing.
- Pineapple
Contains the anti inflammatory enzyme bromelain which can help to relieve a bunged up nose.
- Rose Hip Tea
Contains Vitamin C and helps the body deal with allergies.
- Onions, garlic and apples
Contain ‘quercetin’ a strong natural antihistamine.
